Become part of our family!
About Us: We have been in operation for over 20 years and started as refuge for families who lost their homes in the Ash Wednesday fires. We are community run and not for profit. Our Centre has two rooms and caters for up to 26 children per day. We pride ourselves on our multi-age setting as this allows siblings to be together and also allows the older children to take on leadership roles.
We are open from 7:30am – 5:30pm and close for two weeks over Christmas. Our small team is like extended family, many of which have been working at the centre for many years. So if you’re looking for flexible working arrangements, with a close knit team, then look no further!
Who we need:
Casual Educators who have flexible availability
Someone who is passionate about putting children first
Someone who is all about having fun and being silly with children
Someone who welcomes the challenges a multi-age setting can bring.
Someone whose philosophy includes fostering children’s sense of agency and loves creating nature based play spaces.
We're growing and there's exciting change ahead. We are looking for the right personalities to fit into our team and share our vision for the future. We are not looking for prior experience, but passion instead. We have a wealth of knowledge to share with the right candidates. It is important that you have at least two full days of availability. We are looking for people to start ASAP!
