Nutrition & Menu

We have an in house cook on site who provides the children with nutritionally balanced meals daily. The children within our ELC are provided with breakfast (7:30am – 8:30am), morning tea (9:30am – 10:30am), lunch (11:00am – 11:30am), afternoon tea (2:00pm – 2:30pm) and a late snack (4:00pm – 5:00pm). With the exception of breakfast, we offer half hour blocks for the children to eat to offer them the chance to choose when they feel hungry and to allow them time to finish their play and learning.


We offer a rotational menu consisting of a 4 week menu plan that runs for the duration of the term. We create fresh menu plans for each of the 4 terms in the year based on seasonal produce. Please see our rotational menu plan for term 1 below. 


Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Alternative food options are available for children with allergies, intolerances and other dietary requirements. We value your child’s individual needs and understand that there are many children with food intolerances and minor to sever food allergies.

Fresh and locally sources ingredients

We have an onsite vegetable garden that is regularly utilised within the children’s meals. All of our meals follow a menu supported by Nutrition Australia and are prepared fresh daily by our experienced cook.

Additionally, we have a fresh fruit bowl available for all children and families upon entry and exit to encourage healthy eating.
